Application process

If we believe you meet the requirements for the position and have the drive to be part of the organization, we will contact you and arrange a Skype interview.

After the initial Skype interview, your references will be checked. Then Human Resources and the Directors of the college will discuss your application in detail. Promising applicants will be shortlisted for a second and final interview within two weeks. If an offer of employment is made, it will usually be made within two weeks of the 2nd interview. If you are not selected for employment at that time, your applocation will be placed on file for future openings.

Pre-employment screening

Successful candidates must provide a valid background check before starting employment at the College. Your employment with us means you are likely to come into contact with children or vulnerable adults (or other circumstances) that require a clear background check.

The College seeks to provide all staff with the opportunity for employment, career and personal development on the basis of ability, qualifications and suitability for the work as well as their potential to be developed into the job. We believe that people from different backgrounds can bring fresh ideas, thinking and approaches which makes the way work is undertaken more effective and efficient.

A professional and respectful exchange of diverse views is integral to creating a positive environment for learning, teaching, and research.
